Hourbond BETA TESTING Privacy Policy

This Beta Testing Privacy Policy (the “Beta Policy”) explains how ASAPIUS, UNIPESSOAL LDA (“ASAPIUS”, “Company”, “us”, “our”, “we”) processes your personal information when you access and/or use of our HOURBOND Beta App (collectively, the “Beta App”). If you do not wish to have your personal information processed in the way described in this Beta Policy, do not use the Beta App.
By using the Beta App, you consent to the practices described in this Beta Policy.

Interactions with the Beta App are monitored using integrated crash and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to help us understand user behavior and improve performance.

Although we describe this as “our servers” for simplicity, please note that the underlying infrastructure is managed by Firebase. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee 100% security.

We may update this Beta Policy in the future. The updated policy will be posted on our Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. We will notify you about material changes to this Beta Policy by sending a notice to the e-mail address you provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on our App or Site. Your continued use of the Beta App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the updated Beta Policy.
